My Beautiful Girls

Standard

Afternoon visitors and followers,

I have finished my Canvas today, it was inspired by Finnabair and I wanted to use a photo of my Daughter Shan and grand-daughter Chloe.

I was quite pleased with the way it turned out, I tried to use lighter colours this time and I didn’t completely cover my embellishments either, as I wanted more of the metal to show up.

I have used Lindy Stamp Gang sprays, some textured paste, a Prima door lock and some wooden letters.

I also used some lace, a chipboard bird-cage some beads and paper flowers

I have added lots of little charms and some glass glitter

My words didn’t stand out very well to start with so I painted them black,

then lightly dry brushed a few places with black acrylic paint, just to blend in a little.

And here are My Beautiful Girls

Enjoy your week

Chocolates

Hi Everyone

Well I have been a bit slack with my Blogging lately, I don’t know where the time went!, I made some samples for Oyster Stamps make and take which we had at the beginning of March, then last week I was unwell and didn’t feel like doing anything,! So I have some catching up to do lol x.

Angela, My General Assistant left my kitchen last week, I shall miss her very much, I made her a heart as a leaving present which was very similar to this one that I have just made.

diet heart

I had an idea to glue on some Ferrero Rocher, but they were just way to heavy ( so I ate them!! oops ) I had to make a little sweet instead using a bead covered with sweet wrapper.

The sentiment is from Honey Doo Crafts which I purchased from Oyster Stamps.

I love this sentiment, it’s so true for me and many others lol, every Monday see’s the start of yet another diet!! And we all love chocolate, don’t we!! lol xx

bye for now
