Hello visitors
I hope you are all enjoying your weekend, I have been getting ready for Oyster Stamps open day, and this morning I decided to make another sample to go with my Tissue box that I made earlier in the week.
I love altering bottles so I just had to make time today and alter this bottle using Viva Decor Inka gold, which is one of the products I will be working with on the make and take tomorrow.
I used Gesso to cover the entire bottle, and Art Deco modelling paste through a Tim Holtz stencil : lace, it was a little tricky as I had to try to bend the stencil and tape it in place
I then used Viva Decor Inka Gold in Magenta and Violet as the main colours, then lightly added some Aquamarine, once dried, I buffed it up with a soft cloth.
I cut a piece of lace to size and using Viva Decor paper-soft-color, I stippled the ink on to the lace in Sea blue and Magenta, glued it into place and added some gems.
For the flowers I have used Heartfelt Creations delightful Daisy and coloured them with Inka gold, then stamped over them with Archival black ink.
and the same for the leaves.
I made a few more flowers and leaves to decorate and made a bow from seam binding.
Hope to see you at Oyster Stamps tomorrow
thanks for popping in
xx
