Hi visitors and welcome to my running friends if you haven’t been here before.

 I have been asked by my running buddies if I could put my medal holders on display, so here they are so far.

Not just for running though, as I have made a couple for children.

Many have the same flowers as it seems popular, but I can’t remember the make, I have used a free download silhouette and have used wording and quotes that give people motivation.

Most of them are stamped and hand painted, I colour the background with distress inks, so I never get the exact same mix.

I really enjoy making these I hope you like them too!
